Clackamas Fire
Honor Guard

 

The Clackamas Fire Honor Guard was formed in 2006 and exists to honor the United States of America, the State of Oregon, Clackamas Fire District #1 and the fire service.

The team consists of career and volunteer Clackamas Firefighters who donate their time to serve on the team.

Participation includes:

  • Local and regional ceremonial activities
  • Academy graduations
  • Retirements
  • Promotional ceremonies
  • Memorial services
  • Sporting events

Members of the Clackamas Fire Honor Guard must be adept at march choreography, U.S. flag protocol, ceremonial flag folding, funerary protocol and the ability to remain motionless at attention, parade rest or ordered arms for extended periods.
